■ How to download content
After logging in, go to "Purchased Videos": https://video.gogo-rio.jp/purchased/ → Tap or click the "Download" button displayed on the purchased product page to download the PDF file.
* It is not a video, but a PDF that will be downloaded. Download the ZIP file from the URL provided → Enter the password written in the PDF to unzip and play the video.
* Since around December 2024, an error has occurred where (fi) is omitted when clicking some PDF links, which we suspect is a problem caused by Adobe Reader or the browser.
You should be able to avoid the problem by copying and pasting the link to download it, so please try that.
